Mill commissioning at site is carried out by Japanese experts using the “Plug, Play, and Forget” approach, ensuring seamless integration and operation with minimal setup and requiring very less manual involvement for continuous operations once the system is installed. The results are distinctly superior, delivering premium quality bars, a reduction in miss-rolls, decreased size variations, and improved cut length accuracy.
